Data Migration and Integration: Using Launchpad, over 1,200 records were seamlessly transferred from legacy systems, such as Airtable, into a unified CRM.
Youth Program Expansion: Launchpad became the primary system of record for a statewide youth program funded by the Kentucky legislature, serving an additional 4,000 young adults
Automation Tools: Streamlined data collection and management using tools like FormStack for participant intake and tracking.
Partnership Enablement: Facilitated collaboration with other workforce boards, the state system, and partner organizations like Goodwill.
